
As a coach, I support people on their path to a healthier and happier life. I believe that mental and physical health go hand in hand. My approach therefore focuses not only on the psyche, but also includes nutrition and exercise as essential pillars in the process. My mission is to work with my clients on sustainable change, where I guide, inspire and motivate them to reach their full potential.
With a background in top-level sports, I know how important perseverance, discipline and balance are. I bring these experiences into my coaching, where I help to achieve both physical and mental goals with empathy and personal attention. Through my years of living in different countries and working with various cultures, I have developed a broad view and a deep understanding of individual differences and unique lifestyles. This helps me to adapt my guidance to the specific needs of each client.
In addition to my work as a coach, I am passionate about animals, traveling, cooking and being active. I believe that a healthy lifestyle does not only come from discipline, but also from enjoying and appreciating the little things in life. My clients experience my approach as warm and involved, in which I show genuine interest in who they are and where they want to go. Together we work on a trajectory in which they are central, with the right balance between support and challenge to enable lasting change.
